Shipping policy
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST, or over the weekend, will ship the next business day.
We ship using a mix of carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and select the best method based on your order and destination.
Domestic Shipping (contiguous US)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49. For orders under $49, the following shipping options are available at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — $4.95 (3–5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail — $11.95 (3 business days)
Hawaii, Alaska & US Territories
Free shipping is available on orders over $49. For orders under $49, standard shipping is available for $4.95. Please note that delivery times to these locations may be longer than the contiguous US.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If you realize you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to make corrections before your order ships, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed. Please note that per our refund policy, we are unable to issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Package Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 5 days so we can look into it. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered a day early, so it may still be on its way.
