Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be able to test our products, risk free! That's why we offer a 60 day money-back guarantee for each individual product you order after at least two weeks of use from the time of shipment.

Instead of returning your Toniiq product back to us, please feel free to pass it on to a family member or friend. We'd rather someone else enjoy it than create more CO2 emissions.

To prevent misuse of our money-back guarantee, we limit the use of this guarantee to the 3 individual products for first-time purchase of that item. If you ordered multiple of the same product, the money-back guarantee will cover a refund of one of those items, you may receive store credit for the remaining items.

Products in bundles are considered individual products according to our policy. Bundles of more than 3 products will be limited to a refund of the 3 highest priced first-time purchase items.

NOTE: Wholesale and resale orders are not covered by this policy. For wholesale order return inquiries, please email support@toniiq.com.

To initiate your refund, please email support@toniiq.com with your Order ID and specific products.  Please note the exceptions below. A full refund of the product will be issued back to the same form of payment used, less shipping charges (and any applicable shipping tax) per the policy below.

Exceptions

  • Discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Products purchased with Rewards points are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable, and cannot be used on Subscriptions, no exceptions.
  • Any purchase made with a gift card is non-refundable.
  • Supplements are non-returnable.
  • Money-Back Guarantee is limited to per Product, not Variation.

Additional Information
We can only refund the original payment method. In the event that method is no longer available the refund will be forfeited. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be received by the customer although it may take longer depending on the bank or credit card company.

We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards.

Orders paid by cashier check or money order will receive a check via mail only to the original billing name and address. No exceptions will be made to prevent fraud.

We retain the right to update and change our return and refund policies at any time.
