    Life changing!

    As an ADHD sufferer, I forget my keys and then my wallet and then my gym card. With these I can actually remember all these things and even decide ahead what movements I will do and then where I will eat. The planning ability and short term memory boost is amazing!     Best Lions Mane out there

    I have tried a few "functional" mushroom compounds and individual mushrooms from multiple vendors. Toniiq is the best I have found for me. I used to drink 4 or 5 cups of coffee a day just to be able to focus and you play the balance of focus vs head ache. Adding this to my morning routine has cut the coffee down to 1 to 2 cups and my focus has gone way up. I have tried other vendors and stopped taking this for a day or two on weekends and I can tell a difference so I don't feel like it's a placebo effect at least not on me personally.
